Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 4 dl whipped cream
- 80 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp juice (agave syrup or honey)

light and easy treat
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Add the grated ginger and let the mixture cool. Whisk the egg yolks with vanilla sugar and agave syrup (or honey) until frothy and stir into the cooled chocolate mixture. Whip the cream until semi-stiff and fold into the mixture. Ladle the mousse into bowls and chill for about 3 hours.
