Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tbsp milk, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and hot milk in a bowl until stiff. Stir over a hot water bath until smooth and glossy.
