Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 2 packs of chocolate kisses, large
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • 6 packs of cream stiffener
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cut the wafer bases off the large chocolate kisses and set them aside. Then whip the whipped cream with the cream stabilizer until stiff. Combine the chocolate kisses, low-fat quark, whipped cream, and vanilla sugar in a large bowl and mix together – ideally using the whisk on a hand mixer, but a tablespoon will also work. Spread the mixture in a dome shape over the cake base and top with the wafer bases as desired. The cake tastes best when refrigerated for at least an hour.
