Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 800 ml cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp, heaped flour
- 2 garlic cloves
- 125 g herb butter
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
herb cream sauce
First, finely chop the garlic and sauté briefly in the heated butter. Add the flour and sauté briefly. Then add the cream. Stir in the stock powder and melt the herb butter. Now stir in the Parmesan cheese, bring to a boil briefly, and you’re done.
