Chocolate muesli cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 350 g muesli (chocolate muesli)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter, white and brown sugar, honey, and egg until fluffy. Then add the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well. Finally, mix in the muesli. Drop small dollops onto a baking sheet, leaving plenty of space. These things will be huge. Bake at 170°C for about 12-15 minutes, then let cool on the sheet for 5-10 minutes. Only then should you turn them out onto a wire rack, otherwise they will still be too soft. If the cookies stick together, cut them in half with a knife. They taste particularly good for breakfast with a glass of milk.
