Grilled bruschetta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 ciabatta
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the ciabatta into slices and briefly toast one side on the grill. Dice the tomatoes and mix with the ketchup, crushed garlic cloves, olive oil, and chopped basil. Spread the mixture on the toasted side of the bread slices and briefly return them to the grill to toast the other side as well.
