Herb and garlic bread from the grill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • Salt
  • ½ cup herbs
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter in a bowl until fluffy. Stir the onion and garlic cloves into the butter. Stir the herbs into the butter and season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Spread the garlic butter on the toast and grill briefly for a few minutes until the butter melts.
