Chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g flour
  • ½ bag(s) of baking powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped (dark or dark)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

slightly sweet, very chocolatey, makes 12 pieces

Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa, and cinnamon in a bowl. In another bowl, combine butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in the egg. Stir in about 100 ml of milk. Stir in the dry mixture and add the remaining milk a little at a time until a thick batter forms. Fold in the chocolate with a spoon. Divide the batter evenly among 12 muffin cups. Bake in a convection oven at 175°C for about 25 minutes.
