Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 100 g chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with butter and chocolate

Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add the rum, flour, and baking powder, alternating with a little milk each, and mix in. Fold in the chopped chocolate. Place paper baking cups in the muffin tin and fill each halfway with batter. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.
