Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 130 g flour
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder (baking cocoa)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavor
  • 160 ml milk
  • 160 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

super juicy and fluffy, for 12 pieces

For 12 muffins, preheat oven to 180°C. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and milk. Melt the butter and stir it into the batter. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups and bake for about 30 minutes. Tip: If desired, you can also add 120g of chocolate chips to the batter. The muffins taste delicious without them and will be even lighter.
