Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter or margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 pieces of confectionery (Ferrero Kisses)
  • Grease for the mold or paper baking cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with a Ferrero Küsschen center. Makes 12 pieces.

Put all ingredients out about 30 minutes before you start to ensure everything is at the same temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Grease the muffin tin or line it with paper baking cups. Sift the baking powder, baking soda, and flour into a bowl. Then add the eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder to the bowl. Finally, add the milk and eggs to the bowl. Mix everything until you have a smooth batter. Now take 8 Ferrero Küsschen and chop them finely, then fold them into the batter. Now use a spoon to divide the batter evenly among the 12 cases. At the end, press a Ferrero Küsschen into each case, leaving about 1/3 of it sticking out. Now bake for about 20 minutes, and after baking, let cool for about 5 minutes before removing the muffins from the tin. The muffins taste best warm, when the chocolate-nut center is still slightly runny.
