Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

only for chocolate fans, makes 12 muffins

Whisk together the oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until smooth. Then stir in the cream cheese. Combine the flour, almonds, and baking powder and stir into the batter. Finally, stir in the cocoa powder and Nutella. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake in the preheated oven (180°C/350°F top/bottom heat, 160°C/320°F fan oven) on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes.
