Chocolate muffins à la Dea

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • e.g. Amaretto or red wine
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Combine flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture. Add cocoa powder. Add milk and, if desired, amaretto or red wine. Finally, mix in the chocolate sprinkles. Pour the batter into a prepared muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
