Chocolate muffins "Snickers"

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g creamy peanut butter
  • 180 g brown sugar
  • 2 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 rolls of sweets (Rolo)
  • Chocolate glaze
  • Peanuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all batter ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Spoon a tablespoon of batter into each muffin tin, place a roll in each, and cover with another tablespoon of batter. Bake the muffins at 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, cover the muffins with chocolate icing and garnish with unsalted peanuts, if desired.
