- 300 g Flour
- 180 g Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 4 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 150 Milliliters Rapeseed oil
- 250 Milliliters Water
- 100 g Ruf Chocolate Chunks
- Mix all ingredients, except for the chunks, into a batter. Stir in the chunks at the very end. Spread evenly in a greased muffin tin (for 12 muffins). Bake at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for about 20-30 minutes
