Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sour cream (= 1 cup)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder, instant (e.g. Kaba, Nesquik)
- 1 cup nuts or almonds, grated
- ½ cup oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients, pour into a greased and floured springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for between 45 and 60 minutes.
