Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 1/4 kg sausage (Lyoner, hunting sausage is better)
- 3 onions
- 2 ½ bell peppers
- 7 gherkins
- 2 glasses of leccho
- salt and pepper
- sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the sausage, onions, cucumbers, and bell peppers into cubes or strips. Place in a pot, season with salt and pepper, and fry. Add the lecsó and continue sizzling. Stir in the cucumber juice and season to taste. Serve the solyanka in bowls and top with sour cream. Serve with toast or a roll. It tastes even better the next day.
