Chocolate-olive tartlets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 40 g flour
  • 40 g black olives (pureed)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until frothy. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler until creamy. Stir in the flour and olive oil, and fold into the egg mixture. Bake at 190-200°C for 7-9 minutes (the smaller the pan, the shorter the baking time). A standard-sized mixture serves approximately 4 people.
