Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 190 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate of your choice
- 250 g quark
- 3 eggs
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- n. B. cocoa powder
- possibly chocolate sprinkles
- possibly icing or chocolate glaze
- Fat for the mold

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Moist, chocolatey cake. Quick, easy, and versatile to prepare.
Grate the chocolate or cut it into small pieces. You can also grate and cut it half and half. It’s best to choose your favorite type of chocolate. Then gradually combine the ingredients, from butter to baking powder, into a batter. Color with cocoa powder if desired, and if you like, add chocolate sprinkles, etc. to the batter. Bake the batter in a greased bundt pan at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45-65 minutes (depending on preheating and oven; do a toothpick test to be sure). The finished, cooled cake can be decorated with chocolate icing or something similar.
