Chocolate-quark rolls

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped
  • Milk, a little (if the dough is too firm)
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk (for brushing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all baking ingredients and fold in the chocolate. Form 8 rolls with 2 tablespoons of dough, brush with egg yolk, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
