Chocolate Raisins with Thermomix

The perfect chocolate raisins with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Optional:

  • 350 g Raisins
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 1 Msp Cardamom
  • 50 g Cocoa emmer flakes or unsweetened corn flakes
  • 100 g Roasted almond sticks
  1. Break the chocolate into large pieces and add to the Thermomix. Chop for about 9 seconds on level 8. Then let it melt for 6 minutes / 50 degrees / level 3.
  2. Add the raisins and stir in counterclockwise for 15 seconds on speed 3. Then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread them apart nicely with a spatula. Let dry.

Variants:

  1. Mix the cinnamon or cardamom into the melted chocolate. You can roughly crumble the cocoa flakes or corn flakes, but then only use 300 g raisins. With almond sticks, only 250 g raisins and no cocoa flakes.
