Fried Potato Cubes with Thuringian Bratwurst

Spices

Now I toss the fried potatoes and always add some oil with the brush, when the potatoes show color, only then do I add the onions and garlic, so they don’t burn, I also season everything now.
  3. In the middle I fried a fried egg with the rest of the heat. Sprinkled with parsley last, done. It was also quick. You just need a little patience with the potatoes, but cooking is fun, so everything is good.
