Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ liter of milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with bourbon vanilla sugar
Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the cornstarch and mix until smooth. Then add the milk and bring to a boil while stirring. Serve warm or cold.
