Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 280 g flour
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 jar morello cherries
- ½ pack of pudding powder, vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Spätzle: Blend the first seven ingredients into a dough until bubbly. Using a Spätzle-making device, add to boiling, lightly salted water. If the Spätzle float to the top, immediately skim off the water and place it in a sieve. Hot Cherries: Collect the cherry juice in a saucepan, stir in the custard powder, and then bring to a boil. When the juice has thickened, add the cherries. Tip: You can also toast coconut flakes in a pan without fat and sprinkle them on top.
