Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Basic recipe for milk drinks and cocktails

Break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a small bowl. Heat in a saucepan over a double boiler, stirring constantly, until completely melted. Heat the sugar syrup in a second pan and add the melted chocolate. Then let it boil for about 2 minutes. Pour the finished syrup into a bottle. Chocolate syrup is used in cold and hot milk drinks, as well as cocktails. Approximately 4cl of syrup is needed for 250ml of liquid.
