Chocolate-vanilla muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 cup of set yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 150 g chocolate chips
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix together all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a 12-hole muffin tin lined with paper baking cups (I always use 2 tablespoons) and bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Remove from the tin at least 10 minutes after baking and let cool on a wire rack.
