Chocolate wafers with cereal or glucose sugar

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g butter, melted
  • 60 g cereal sugar or glucose
  • 350 ml milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 pack of sugar-free chocolate pudding powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • some vanilla flavor
  • n. B. Grain sugar or glucose for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the flour and milk, in a mixing bowl with a mixer until smooth. Then gradually add the milk and flour and mix until a smooth batter forms. Preheat the waffle iron, pour about 4 tablespoons of batter onto the waffle iron, and bake the waffles one at a time. Place on a wire rack to cool so they don’t stick together. Sprinkle with glucose or corn sugar, if desired.
