Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g butter, melted
- 60 g cereal sugar or glucose
- 350 ml milk
- 300 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp baking cocoa
- 1 pack of sugar-free chocolate pudding powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- some vanilla flavor
- n. B. Grain sugar or glucose for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the flour and milk, in a mixing bowl with a mixer until smooth. Then gradually add the milk and flour and mix until a smooth batter forms. Preheat the waffle iron, pour about 4 tablespoons of batter onto the waffle iron, and bake the waffles one at a time. Place on a wire rack to cool so they don’t stick together. Sprinkle with glucose or corn sugar, if desired.
