Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 90 g margarine
- 360 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod(s), alternatively 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- 250 g flour
- 20 g cocoa powder, heavily deoiled
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 140 g sugar

Melt the dark chocolate and margarine in a double boiler. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla seeds, and chocolate mixture until smooth. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir until a smooth batter forms. Bake the batter in batches in the waffle iron.
