Chocolate Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 150 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g Natural yoghurt
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 100 g Cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate with the butter over the water bath - remove from the stove and let cool down a little.
  • Mix the eggs with the sugar until frothy, mix the flour and the baking powder and sift over the egg-sugar mixture - stir everything until smooth.
  • Add the chocolate with the yoghurt to the mixture and stir into the mixture.
  • Roll the cranberries in a little flour so that they don't fall down into the dough, and add them to the dough.
  • Put the mass in a silicone mold or other mold and place in the 180c. warm oven approx. Bake for 45 minutes - make a chopstick test.
  • Remove the cake, let it cool down a little and then remove it from the mold.
  • Decorate the cake according to your wishes and enjoy a cup of coffee - Bon appetit; 🙂
