Chocolates: Amaretto-Cranberry-Crossies

The perfect chocolates: amaretto-cranberry-crossies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g White chocolate
  • 20 g Coconut oil
  • 50 g Dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 40 g Amarettini
  • 40 g Hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp Rice crispies
  1. Put the cranberries with the amaretto in a bowl and let it steep for at least 1 hour. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler. Crumble the amarettini into large pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients into the melted chocolate (drain the cranberries if there is any liquid left). Mix everything together well. Place small heaps with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it cool down and enjoy 🙂
  3. If stored in a cool place, the piles will keep for at least 4 weeks.
