Chocolates: Amaretto-Cranberry-Crossies
The perfect chocolates: amaretto-cranberry-crossies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g White chocolate
- 20 g Coconut oil
- 50 g Dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- 40 g Amarettini
- 40 g Hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp Rice crispies
- Put the cranberries with the amaretto in a bowl and let it steep for at least 1 hour. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler. Crumble the amarettini into large pieces.
- Mix all ingredients into the melted chocolate (drain the cranberries if there is any liquid left). Mix everything together well. Place small heaps with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it cool down and enjoy 🙂
- If stored in a cool place, the piles will keep for at least 4 weeks.
