  • 500 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

moist yeast dough with delicious chocolate filling

First, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with a pinch of sugar for the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, and mix well. Then add the yeast mixture. Add the butter in pieces and knead everything with a dough hook until you have a smooth dough. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, for the filling, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then stir in the cocoa, Nutella, and rum to form a soft dough. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle measuring approximately 30 x 60 cm and spread with the chocolate mixture. Roll up from the long side and cut into slices approximately 2 cm thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Let it rise for another 15 minutes, approx. 15-20 minutes. Then bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. The rum can easily be replaced with water or milk!
