Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed (may be a little more)
  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • Broth, granulated
  • ½ liter of water
  • Sauce powder, light
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onion. Clean and wash the cabbage, removing the stalk. Cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Melt the fat in a large pot and add the diced onion until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Then add the cabbage. Briefly fry, add water, and season with the stock, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally. When the cabbage is cooked, push it to one side of the pot and thicken the liquid with the gravy powder. Stir well and season to taste. Potatoes go best with this dish.
