Chops in garlic cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chops
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the chops with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil for 8 minutes on each side. Place the chops in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and keep warm in the oven. Add the cream to the pan and press in the garlic. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and pour over the chops. Serve with rice and a fresh salad.
