Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 750 g plum(s)
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Instructions

Make a batter from the dough ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Place the plums, tip-toe, into the batter, and cover tightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Tip: Wrap the bottom of the springform pan with aluminum foil (with the non-reflective side facing out). Sprinkle the plum cake with cinnamon and sugar while it’s still warm.
