Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g sausage (chorizo)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- Garlic
- 1 Piri Piri
- 1 large onion(s)
- n. B. white wine
- n. B. Bread(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Spanish salami, vegetables, for dipping
Cut the chorizo lengthwise and then slice it. Sauté it in a pan with a little olive oil. Chop the bell pepper, garlic, onion, leek, and piri-piri into pieces and add it. Sauté until the chorizo and vegetables are lightly browned. Pour in a little white wine to create a sauce. Serve the pan and plate on the table, add some bread, and you’re done.
