Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 slice(s) sausage (chorizo), 2-3 cm diameter, 1 cm thick
  • 10 olives, black, pitted
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 slices of toast
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tapas

Cut out 10 circles of toast, each about 3–4 cm in diameter, and fry them crispy on both sides in olive oil. Thread the olives, tomatoes, chorizo, and toast onto shish kebab or other wooden skewers, one after the other, so that the bread rests on the bottom like a stand. Arrange on a plate (perhaps on a bed of salad). It’s perfect as a snack with wine or beer, on a buffet, or as an appetizer.
