Iceberg lettuce with pear in tarragon dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise, light, or yogurt
  • some condensed milk
  • Sugar, to taste
  • salt, pepper
  • ½ tsp tarragon, possibly more
  • Chives, cut into fine rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Peel, halve, core, quarter, and slice the pear as desired. Mix the lemon juice with mayonnaise, milk, or yogurt. Add spices and sugar, and season to taste. Pour over the salad with the pear.
