Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp rum (alternatively rum flavoring works)
  • 2 apples
  • Chocolate coating or cake icing
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very simple and delicious

Whisk together the butter, vanilla sugar, eggs, and sugar until dissolved. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ground hazelnuts, and rum, and briefly mix everything into a batter. Peel and finely chop the apples, and fold them into the batter. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (150°C fan-assisted oven) for 50 to 60 minutes. Cover the finished cake with chocolate coating or cake glaze, if desired.
