Ingredients
 

  • 80 g Ground almonds
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 40 g Food starch
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Cinammon
  • 80 g Marzipan paste
  • 100 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • Baking spray
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Birkmann silicone mold
  • 2 Winter glaze
  • 2 Lemon frosting
  • Golden silver pearls as well as white and colored to decorate
  • Cake pop sticks or kebab skewers

Instructions
 

  • Beat the marzipan mixture with the melted butter, the sugar and the eggs until creamy, add the cornstarch with the cinnamon and the baking powder. Finally fold in the ground almonds, place in the pre-greased Birkmann form and bake for about 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. New from the silicone mold and let cool down.
  • Dip the lollipop sticks in the envelope and stick figurines in the buildings. Let verse for a few minutes and then dip into the melted, prepared couvertures and decorate.
  • For Rudolf I have a silicone mold for balls or as described in my other recipe here in the recipe book. You need a few mini salt pretzels and a few red smarties as well as some fondant or pearls for the eyes
