Chocolate Christmas surprise

Place the butter in a mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, 1/3 of the flour (25 g), cocoa powder, and spices to taste. Mix well with a hand mixer or a food processor on high speed. Finally, add the remaining flour and mix well. Once the dough is ready, chill it. Form the cold dough into logs approximately 2.5 cm – 3 cm in diameter. Cut each log into slices approximately 0.5 cm to 1 cm thick. Place a hazelnut into each slice. Fold the dough over the log and form into a ball. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 15 minutes. After baking, let the balls cool on a wire rack. Heat the cake glaze according to the package instructions and cover the chocolate with it. Sprinkle with colored sugar sprinkles for decoration, if desired.
