Christmas Cookies: Sugar Cinnamon Rolls
The perfect christmas cookies: sugar cinnamon rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 200 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 80 g Ground nuts
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 150 g Soft butter
- 1 Pc. Egg
- A few drops of butter And vAnillA flAvor
For the coating:
- 25 g Powdered sugar
- 25 g Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- Mix the flour with sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
- Knead in the butter, egg and flavor and work them into a smooth dough. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into small croissants. The dough should be cold; if it gets too warm, put it back in the refrigerator for a moment.
- Place the croissants in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. to bake.
- Mix the sugars and cinnamon and roll the hot croissants in them immediately.
- Eat after cooling down!
