Christmas Cookies: Sugar Cinnamon Rolls

The perfect christmas cookies: sugar cinnamon rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 200 g Flour
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 80 g Ground nuts
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 150 g Soft butter
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • A few drops of butter And vAnillA flAvor

For the coating:

  • 25 g Powdered sugar
  • 25 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  1. Mix the flour with sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
  1. Knead in the butter, egg and flavor and work them into a smooth dough. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  1. Shape the dough into small croissants. The dough should be cold; if it gets too warm, put it back in the refrigerator for a moment.
  1. Place the croissants in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. to bake.
  1. Mix the sugars and cinnamon and roll the hot croissants in them immediately.
  1. Eat after cooling down!
