Rum – Confectionery 50 Pieces

- 100 g Palmin
- 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 200 g Ground hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon Strohrum
Decorate:
- 2 tablespoon Sugar pearls
- 2 tablespoon Ground hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
for filling:
- 50 Pc. Aluminum praline molds
Purchasing:
- You can find the aluminum molds: at EDEKA, KIK, Baumarkt, Phillips
melt:
- Melt the couverture and coconut oil over a water bath.
- Work in the rum and powdered sugar. Rum – amount can be changed.

- Mix in the hazelnuts.
Mold:
- Place the chocolate cups on a baking sheet. Unfortunately only had 30 aluminum left, I think it’s better, doesn’t lose its shape that way.
Pearls, granulated sugar:
