Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g cream cheese or low-fat quark
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g gingerbread with chocolate icing
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whip the cream with a sachet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Drain the mandarins. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and a sachet of vanilla sugar together and fold in about 2/3 of the cream. Crumble the chocolate gingerbread into a baking dish, then spread about half of the mascarpone cream on top. Layer the mandarins on top. Spread the remaining cream on top and cover with the rest of the whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
