Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 ml mulled wine
  • 400 ml juice (sloe juice)
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all liquids and sugar in a large saucepan and stir. Bring to a boil and simmer for approximately four minutes, depending on the package instructions. Test for settling. Immediately pour into hot, rinsed twist-off jars and let cool upside down.
