Christmas overnight oats

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small banana(s), ripe
  • 2 tbsp cranberries
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp, pressed cocoa (no Kaba!)
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp nuts
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Oat flakes with bananas, cranberries, cocoa and cinnamon

In the evening, mash the banana and mix with the oats, milk, cranberries, cinnamon, cocoa, and yogurt. Cover and let stand in the kitchen. Stir in the morning and sweeten to taste. Then top with the nuts and enjoy. I didn’t need any sugar because my banana was very sweet, but that’s a matter of taste and everyone should experiment for themselves. If you prefer your breakfast very cold, refrigerate your overnight oats.
