Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg pear(s), Williams Christ-
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes

Wash, core, and roughly chop the pears, then add 2 packets of vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and puree. Then add the gelling sugar, bring to a boil, and cook for 4 minutes. Pour into hot, rinsed jars, seal, and turn upside down until the jam is just slightly warm.
