Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 bottle of rum flavoring, not necessary
  • 1 bottle of flavoring (lemon)
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g quark
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g almonds (ground or chopped)
  • 250 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the quark in a sieve the night before to drain. Press it through the sieve in the morning to prevent lumps in the dough. Combine all ingredients, except the raisins and almonds, and knead into a dough. Then stir in the raisins and almonds. Roll out the dough, then shape it into a “stollen” about 2 cm thick. Fold one side over the other to create the stollen shape. Bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes.
