Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon, large, broken into small pieces
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), finely chopped
  • 4 cloves
  • 6 grains of allspice
  • 2 tsp, sautéed anise
  • 1 tsp sautéed coriander
  • 2 pinches of cardamom, ground
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 2 pinches of freshly grated tonka bean(s)
  • ½ sachet flavoring (Finesse orange peel)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the spices and 50g of sugar into a food processor and grind very finely. Mix with the remaining sugar and place in a screw-top jar. Store in a dry place.
