Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup butter
  • 30 large marshmallows
  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • Food coloring

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly. Remove from heat and add the food coloring, vanilla extract, and cornflakes. Quickly form into mounds using a tablespoon or greased fingers and let cool.
