Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 pinch of paprika powder
- 2 tbsp oil

Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place the wedges in a freezer bag. Add the spices and oil. Keep the top of the bag closed and shake vigorously until everything is mixed. Remove the potatoes from the bag and place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown. This pairs perfectly with salad or meat. One serving contains 210 calories.
